Refund policy

60-night home trial, free returns

Use your Morrow product at home for up to 60 nights from the day it's delivered. If it doesn't make your mornings easier, email hello@morrowglow.co.uk within those 60 nights. We'll send you a free returns label and refund you in full once it's back. Please return it complete, with its plugs and cables.

Your legal right to cancel

You can also cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us within that period and return the item within 14 days of telling us. Returns are free. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back, or of you showing us proof you've sent it. This right comes from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 60-night trial is in addition to it.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, we'll repair or replace it, and if that doesn't work you're entitled to a refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method, including Klarna, within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Gift orders

If you received a Morrow product as a gift, contact us with the order number. We'll refund the original purchaser, or issue you a gift card if they agree.
