Terms of service

1. Who we are. Morrow, 44 Aytoun Street, Manchester M1 3GL. hello@morrowglow.co.uk.

2. Your order. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email to confirm it's been dispatched. If we can't accept your order (for example, if a product is out of stock), we'll tell you and won't charge you.

3. Prices. Prices include UK delivery. There are no extra charges at checkout.

4. Delivery. See our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the product is delivered.

5. Cancelling and returns. See our Refund policy, including your 14-day legal right to cancel, our 60-night trial and free returns.

6. Faulty products. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Using the products. Follow the instructions in the box. Morrow products are for everyday comfort and routine. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have an eye condition or take medication that makes you sensitive to light, check with your GP or optician before using a bright light.

8. Our liability. We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded by law.

9. Reviews. See our Reviews policy. We publish all genuine reviews.

10. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
