Questions, answered

What's in the Winter Light Kit?

The Morrow Sunrise Clock, the Morrow Daylight Lamp, a UK plug and cables, plus our "First 14 Mornings" plan by email, a simple two-week routine.

Will the sunrise clock wake my partner?

The light reaches their side of the bed too, so if your partner sleeps later, put the clock on your side, turn the brightness down, or use sound only.

Is it easy to set up?

Yes. We chose a clock with simple controls, because fiddly buttons are a common complaint about sunrise alarms. Plug it in, set the time and your alarm, and the light does the rest. Your "First 14 Mornings" plan (we email it with your order) walks you through the first fortnight, and if you get stuck, email us and a real person will help.

Is the alarm loud enough for a heavy sleeper?

Honestly, it's gentle on purpose: light first, then a soft sound. Several of our first reviewers say they're up before the sound starts. But if you sleep through everything, keep your phone alarm as a back-up for the first week. 7 of our first 20 reviewers said they'd like more or louder sound options, and we'd rather tell you now.

Does it need an app or Wi-Fi?

No. Everything is set on the clock itself, with no app, no Wi-Fi and no subscription. That means your phone can charge in another room overnight.

What happens in a power cut?

Pop 2 AAA batteries in the base (not included) and the clock keeps your time and alarm settings if the power goes off.

How do I use the daylight lamp?

Switch it on while you have breakfast or sit at your desk. You don't need to look at it. Carry on with breakfast, reading or your phone.

Is it safe for my eyes?

If you have an eye condition, or take medication that makes you sensitive to light, check with your GP or optician before using a bright light.

Is this a medical device?

No. Morrow products are for everyday comfort and routine. They aren't intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you're worried about low mood, please speak to your GP.

How does the 60-night trial work?

Use your kit at home for up to 60 nights from delivery. If it doesn't make your mornings easier, contact us and we'll send you a free returns label and a full refund. This is on top of your 14-day legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

UK delivery is free and tracked on every set. We email your tracking link as soon as it's on its way. Returns are free too.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. You can choose Klarna at checkout: 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. Subject to status. Ts&Cs and late fees apply.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Put their address in the delivery details at checkout and it goes straight to them. Getting one for the kids too? Family Mornings adds a second Sunrise Clock for their room, for less than buying it separately. We can also email you a gift receipt with no prices on it: just ask.

What if something arrives faulty?

Contact us straight away with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.

How do I get in touch?

Use our contact form. A real person will reply, usually within one working day.
