Delivery

Delivery is free and tracked on every UK order. We process every order within 24 hours, and you'll get your tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you're entitled to cancel and get a full refund (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

60-night home trial

Use your Morrow product at home for up to 60 nights from the day it's delivered. If it doesn't make your mornings easier, email hello@morrowglow.co.uk within those 60 nights. We'll send you a free returns label and refund you in full once it's back. Please return it complete, with its plug and cables.

Your legal right to cancel

You can also cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Returns are free. Our 60-night trial is on top of this right.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, we'll repair or replace it, and if that doesn't work you're entitled to a refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method, including Klarna, within 14 days of us receiving the return.
